In empowering yourself, you empower others. Elaine Andrews is the Owner and Director of Bio Mobile Spa (formerly Executive Chair Massage). She has always believed in beauty-inside-out. She combined her expertise as a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist introduced Beauty-Inside-Out in 1995 with massage along with skin care and nutrition.
